32KB EEPROM Programmer

The circuit diagram is designed to write code+data to the 32 KB 28C256 EEPROM memory chip.
J3 is used to receive data from its 8 pin connector. OE pin of 26C256 IC is connected to GND.

The WR/write pin is connected to the second pin of the J2 connector.

Two cascaded 74LS393 (74ls393 link) counter outputs were connected to the address inputs of the 28C256 IC.
"Clock" and "Reset" of the 74LS393IC are connected to the 1st and 3rd pins of the J2 connector.

The EEPROM programmer is a programmer that works with external data and wr-clk-rst inputs. It can be used with Arduino etc microcontrollers.
